This product contains an enhanced luminol substrate and a stable peroxide system for detecting femtogram amounts of antigen and is suitable for chemiluminescent detection in conventional Western Blot.

KEY FEATURES

Stability

Stability 24-hour working solution stability; 1-year kit stability at room temperature.

High Cost Performance

High Cost Performance Compared with other chemiluminescent substrates of the same grade, the cost performance is quite high.

High Sensitivity

High Sensitivity Quickly detect proteins as low as femtogram amounts. Its performance is significantly better than other high-end brand products of the same level.

Ultra-high sensitivity at real femtogram level

Ultra-high sensitivity at real femtogram level

The 1 mg/mL actin-HRP antibody was serially diluted to obtain concentrations of 1000, 500, 250, 125, and 62.5 fg/μL. 1μL of each dilution was spotted onto an NC membrane. After spotting, the membrane was developed with YamayBio VQ4726 for 5 minutes.

YamayBio VQ4726 offers higher femtogram-level sensitivity than Thermo 37071.

YamayBio VQ4726 offers higher femtogram-level sensitivity than Thermo 37071.

Lysate: A431 whole cell lysates MW: GAPDH-36kD
