This product is designed for the rapid preparation of polyacrylamide gels using a standard Tris-glycine running buffer system. Protein bands can be visualized immediately upon exposure to UV light at 302 nm.
The kit contains a pre-mixed formula for both the upper and lower gels. After pouring the lower gel, the upper gel can be directly poured between the glass plates without waiting for polymerization. The upper gel cast by this kit is colored (red, blue, or green) to facilitate easy sample loading. Instead of TEMED, this kit provides an odorless catalyst that induces gel polymerization within 15-30 minutes at room temperature. The gel cast by this kit can be used for both denaturing and native PAGE electrophoresis.

KEY FEATURES

Colorful Upper Gels
