The Lysis Buffer for IP/Co-IP is primarily used to extract soluble proteins from cells and tissues under non-denaturing conditions. The protein samples obtained from this lysis buffer are particularly suitable for immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), and can also be used in experiments such as PAGE, Western Blot, and ELISA. This product is suitable for the extraction of proteins from animal, plant, fungal, and bacterial cells or tissue samples. The protein samples obtained can be quantified using the Yamay BCA Protein Quantification Kit (Cat.No. BH5484). However, because it contains high concentrations of interfering substances such as Triton X-100, the Bradford method cannot be used for protein quantification.
