RIPA Lysis Buffer is primarily used to extract soluble proteins from animal cells and tissues and is compatible with diverse applications, including Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The resulting protein samples are lysed in RIPA buffer, which can then be quantified using the BCA Protein Quantification Kit (Cat.No. BH5484).
