This product is a three-color protein standard with 11 pre-stained proteins (10 to 250 kDa) for use as molecular weight markers in protein
electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and western blot. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 25 kDa and 70 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine-SDS buffer).
The protein ladder is conveniently provided in a ready-to-use form, allowing for direct application to gels without the requirement of
heating, reducing, or the addition of sample buffer.
