Transported at room temperature and stored at -20°C, with a shelf life of 12 months.

This product is a dual-colored 5× SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer in a reducing formulation. It contains lithium dodecyl sulfate at pH 8.4, which ensures maximum activity of the reducing agent. After being removed from -20°C, this sample buffer thaws quickly, saving time. The new reducing agent used ensures strong reducibility while avoiding the unpleasant odor typically associated with β-mercaptoethanol or DTT.
Additionally, this product contains both a blue electrophoretic indicator dye and a special red dye. The red dye transfers to the membrane along with the protein samples, allowing for easy tracking of lane positions and monitoring the efficiency of the transfer.

KEY FEATURES

Transferable Marker Dye

Transferable Marker Dye The red dye transfers with the protein to the membrane, indicating the position of the lanes and monitoring the efficiency of the transfer.

Rapid Sinking

Rapid Sinking The sample quickly sinks to the bottom of the well, preventing floating.

Quick Thawing

Quick Thawing It thaws quickly after being removed from -20°C and is not viscous.

Odorless

Odorless The use of a new type of reducing agent eliminates the unpleasant odor associated with β-mercaptoethanol or DTT.
