A : Our direct sales customer base includes the United States and Hong Kong. If you are located in the United States or Hong Kong, we can deliver the products directly to you. If you are in a region served by a distributor, the local distributor will handle the delivery.
Q2 : What shipping services will you receive after placing an order?
A : We will entrust delivery to one of these two courier companies: UPS or FedEx.
Q3 : What should customers in other regions do if they want to purchase YamayBio products?
A : Customers in other regions will need to cover the shipping costs after purchasing the products.
Q4 : What are the shipping conditions for the products?
A : Most YamayBio products are shipped at ambient temperature or 4°C (with ice packs). If there are any special conditions, they will be clearly indicated on the product label.
