The components include various inhibitors, such as Aprotinin, Bestatin, Leupeptin, E-64, NaF, Sodium Orthovanadate, Sodium Pyrophosphate, and β-glycerophosphate.
It is widely used in research applications, including protein purification, Western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and kinase assays.
Additionally, this product does not contain substances like AEBSF, making it compatible with mass spectrometry (MS) analysis.
