The main components include Tris and glycine. It is compatible with both conventional wet transfer and the Max Series Blot Transfer System.
For conventional wet transfer, each stick prepares 1.2 L of 1× transfer buffer, containing 25 mM Tris and 192 mM glycine. When used with the Max Series Blot Transfer System, each stick prepares 1.5 L of 1× transfer buffer.

Quick Start Protocol
For Conventional Wet Transfer:
1. Add approximately 1 L of distilled water to a beaker. Slowly add one stick of Transfer Buffer Instant Granules, stirring continuously until the granules are fully dissolved.
2. Add 200 mL of anhydrous ethanol or methanol to the resulting solution. Mix thoroughly to obtain 1× wet transfer buffer.
For Max Series Blot Transfer System:
1. Add approximately 1.3 L of distilled water to a beaker. Slowly add one stick of Transfer Buffer Instant Granules, stirring continuously until the granules are fully dissolved.
2. Add 200 mL of anhydrous ethanol or isopropanol to the resulting solution. Mix thoroughly to obtain 1× wet transfer buffer.
