This innovative sponge is designed to simplify the wet transfer process. It combines the functions of a traditional sponge and filter paper, reducing the steps and time needed to assemble the transfer "sandwich."
By integrating these materials, the sponge minimizes the risk of air bubbles and uneven pressure, leading to more consistent and reliable transfer results.

Quick Protocol
1. Soak the sponge pads, gel, and transfer membrane (PVDF membranes need to be activated with methanol) in the transfer buffer for about 2 minutes to equilibrate.
2. Assemble the transfer sandwich structure: Starting from the negative electrode, place the sponge pad, gel, and transfer membrane in order. Remove any air bubbles between the gel and the membrane, then add another sponge pad.
